Navigate to the services page and select either the online or in-person session option. You will then be directed to select a session time. When proceeding to pay, if you have purchased a term package, select this option as the payment method. If booking a once off session, select the other choice.

After booking a session or purchasing a term package, you will be sent an invoice via email with bank details and further payment instructions. Ensure to read the payment policy on when payment is due.

I am very compassionate in these situations and understand that t4echnology can fail us sometimes. In this case you will be refunded for the session or it will be rescheduled free of charge.

Navigate to 'My bookings' on your profile. There will be an option to cancel or reschedule a session in the area.

Before the session, make sure you have a stable internet connection and have downloaded zoom. The link to the zoom call will be available on your booking info via the website. Make sure you are prepared with questions, notebook, textbook questions or assignment work. It will make things room smoother if you have screen shots of questions or documents downloaded to share with me before or during the session.

I am based in the Redlands City area of Brisbane, therefore, will only accept clients also located in this area. Ensure you contact me through the inquiry form or via direct email to ensure your location is suitable before booking this session type.

Unfortunately, sessions part of the term package cannot be transferred to the next term. However, if unforeseen circumstances alter your ability to carry on with regular tutoring sessions, please let me know and I will consider a refund or transfer.

If you cannot see the availability you wish, try looking at the other type of tutoring session (online or in-person). Each type will have different availability.
